He has over 40 years of experience in Christian radio, with 30 years hosting and producing live call-in programs. The author of over 20 books, Don has served as a pastor, college president and Vice President of the Minirth-Meier Clinic. He holds a Th.M from Dallas Seminary and a D. Min. from Calvary Seminary.

Jim Glogowski is a veteran broadcast professional and owner of LifeBridge Media Group. This company consults with various radio and television licensees, including Salem Media Group, Red Apple Group, Cumulus Media, Westwood One, Widelity and more.  He has managed Christian and secular stations, and was nominated by Radio Ink as Spanish Language station manager of the year in 2018. He received awards from Salem Media for managing their business radio format and Radio Luz in Miami.
